Yes, that is correct....we are giving away some really fantastic free stuff!
Over the coming months we hope to highlight each school and speak to teachers about activities and learning in their class. If you would like to share an event, activity or story of success we would love to write an article and share it with others.
As an way to encourgage teachers and schools to visit and use the site we will be hosting a weekly book giveaway. From now until Christmas, schools will have a chance to win free books and teaching resources. All you have to do to win is visit our website, go to the blog and leave a comment that week. You can also enter sharing a resource or writing an article. It’s that easy. We hope by doing this teachers will see, learn and share with each other.
Who can enter?
Educators working at the 11 schools working together with KTEI as part of the FNSSP Program.
How do I enter?
There are several ways.
1. Leave a comment on a blog post (include your name & the school you work at)
2. Share a resource - this could be a fantastic website or app that you use, an outstanding book that you would like to recommend to others, or a great lesson plan (email this to email@example.com)
3. Write a post to share with others. You might want to highlight something your school or class has been working on or an event that took place in your school or community.
( email to firstname.lastname@example.org )
When is the contest open?
The conest begins Tuesday, October 22nd and closes Friday, December 20th.
I posted a comment last week, does that mean my name goes in the contest every week?
Unfortunately, no. All entries recieved in one week go in the draw for that week only. Visit again the following week to enter for that current weeks draw. (This is a trick we are using to get you use to the idea of making a quick visit to the site each week....sneaky isn't it?)
What can I win?
You can win a variety of books for your school or class. This might be a new picture book, novel set or intresting teacher resouce material.
Wishing you all the very best of luck in winning as much free stuff as possible!
